The Planning Process

In the beginning of the design process, we will sit down with you and go over what you have in mind for your home. This will include all features from bed and bath count, to height, floors, garages, and any special requests you may have in the building plan. We will offer advice and try to make all of the features you’d like work within your desired budget.

AutoCAD

We use our advanced AutoCAD Program to take your visions & turn them into a 3D Model of your future home. This software allows us to stay on track while working within your wishes, and gives you a visual guide to what your home will look like.
